Whilst we are told the recruitment industry is full of recruiters only worried about what fees they are generating this month and the high volume of "cold calling" that results, we haven't made a cold call in 10 years!
We are very proud that 75% of our revenue comes from existing clients every year and the remainder is usually achieved by them recommending other companies to partner Collingwood!
