Here are 4 achievements we are most proud of from our last financial year:
- Being a business that is focused on delighting our clients we were particularly proud that 95% of our revenue came from repeat clients! Our target is 75%
- Our current clients referred us to 9 new clients
- We successfully recruited 97% of the assignments our clients retained us to deliver
- We continued to partner Hope House Kids' Hospices to help them recruit a newly created key role and also did various activities (golf, running and cycling) to help them fundraise
For a "boutique" executive search firm we achieved a lot in 22/23 and would like to thank all our clients and candidates who helped us to make it another memorable year.
