REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR
To build our private healthcare practice in the UK, developing collaborative long-term partnerships with aspirational clients who align to our purpose, vision and values.

OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM:
We are currently growing our executive search team and are looking for an experienced consultant from the private healthcare industry to join us at our rural offices in Tarporley (near Chester), Cheshire.
The opportunity is for you to have the freedom, autonomy and empowerment to grow our private healthcare practice to support our clients with the recruitment of senior management and leadership roles between £75,000 and £200,000 basic salaries.
We have partnered private healthcare clients for over 11 years and have a great story to tell having worked with small and large service providers such as BUPA and Nuffield.
Our executive search team are thought leaders in their respective industries and are heavily supported by an experienced in-house marketing team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE FROM YOU:
You should have experience in executive search and we have a real interest in someone with the right behaviours, values and determination to build a business of aspirational clients.
We believe that to succeed in this role you will also need to have:
- At least 5 years’ experience as an executive search consultant, with a proven track record of building a client portfolio in the Private Healthcare industry.
- A passion for your industry, clients and the quality of service and solutions you have gained your reputation for.
- An alignment to our purpose, vision and values.
