I have an outstanding track record of success as an Executive in financial services being responsible for commercial, multi-channel operations, customer service, and HR areas. My specialisms include Executive coaching, leadership development, change management and developmental assessment/feedback. My style is pragmatic and business focussed with a clear focus on delivery and client satisfaction. Since moving into consulting in 2006 I have gained extensive experience with major players in several sectors including retail, manufacturing, I.T., financial services, housing and defence.
I strongly believe in personal development approaches that are evidence based and like to keep fully abreast of new research through my academic and research roles with several universities. I am passionate about exploring ways in which potential is identified and unleashed within individuals, teams and organisations.
