Once we understand your specific candidate requirements we will work closely with our media partner and:
- Recommend effective Trade / Local / National Press or Internet Media options.
- Write advertising copy, ensuring the advert is attractive to the targeted readership
- Place the advert
- Take response from the advert
When the advert is running, Collingwood will ensure a consultant is available during and outside of work hours to maximise the candidate response. As a result of lack of privacy due to open plan offices and call restrictions, candidates mainly respond outside working hours, so this is a critical element of our service.

Candidate shortlists are accompanied by interview notes and behaviour profiling reports. We will identify positives, negatives and areas that should be probed further which ensures our clients have a good understanding of each candidate and can get the most from their very first interview.
Collingwood manage the whole recruitment process, from organising client interviews and assessment centres, to negotiating job offers and a start date.
