In 2013, Collingwood Executive Search, enrolled on the Growth Accelerator programme. The journey so far has been an exciting one and now, less than two years into the five year Growth Accelerator journey, Collingwood are ready to further invest in its team with two new appointments.
In June Collingwood welcomed Anna Jones into their Medical Devices practice. Anna has a proven track record of establishing long term partnerships and has a real passion for delivering service excellence. There were two key considerations which drove Anna’s decision to choose Collingwood as her next career – Firstly she wanted to focus on Senior Level recruitment where she could be a Trusted Adviser and add value / share knowledge in an exciting sector, and secondary to work for a business where the company ethos and values were closely aligned to her own.

Anna has over 15 years’ experience in recruitment and has worked in the North West and UK specialising in a variety of positions from operational to board level/business critical roles. She worked for Hays plc for 11 years before working with a privately owned consultancy responsible for their internal & external recruitment, people management, behavioural profiling and psychometrics.
In July Collingwood took on our first apprentice. We recruited Georgia Woodward as part of the Juice Academy’s social media and digital marketing apprenticeship scheme. Georgia’s passion for the social media and marketing world were clear during the assessment day and we were delighted at the end of the day when Georgia had chosen Collingwood as her preferred choice of employer.
