The awards recognise and celebrate outstanding achievements in people management and development as well as taking account of the impact on business success. Personnel Today editor Rob Moss commented that making it to the short list this year was ‘hard fought’ due to the exceptionally high standard of award entries. Fellow short-listed companies include BAE Systems, Mercedes-Benz, Great Western Railway, Lawn Tennis Association, Odeon Cinemas Group, Centrica Group and Lloyds Banking Group, the latter a valued client of Collingwood Consulting http://www.personneltoday.com/hr/personnel-today-awards-2017-shortlist-announced/

The consultancy services provided related to strategic leadership, organisational change and transformational sales leadership, respectively.

This is deserved recognition for the Collingwood team and the way we work with our clients – to deliver exceptional high performance outcomes. Our approach incorporates cutting edge leadership tools and techniques which deliver a unique evidence-based proposition to generate bottom-line ROI improvements’’.
Collingwood’s CEO, Doug Mackay, said ‘’When we set up the consulting company just over 18 months ago my vision was to create a world class consultancy service to rival the biggest and best in the market place. This award nomination and our growing client list shows we have made great progress in such a short period of time’’.
