Barely any of our clients have not been touched by the wave of LEAN and it has been both motivating and inspiring to identify and assess experts in varying LEAN tools whether they are Hoshin, Six Sigma, the Toyota Production System or the multitude of variations on these themes.
Not only have we successfully Headhunted LEAN roles throughout the UK but we have also partnered many of our clients to help their manufacturing operations across Europe in such countries as France, Spain and Germany. More recently some of our clients have driven LEAN through their commercial activities including Sales and Marketing and again we have partnered them successfully.
