Employee Assessment
Our client is a leading manufacturer of premium bakery products across the UK. They had recently ran a recruitment campaign to identify a National Account Manager to join their team and asked Collingwood to assess each shortlisted candidate using a number of Thomas International people assessment tools.
Method
Collingwood provided both a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) and General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) and assessed all 5 of the shortlisted candidates.
Results
Collingwood were invited in to the senior management meeting to present the results of the assessments and discuss each candidate's suitability for the role before the team made a final decision on who to appoint. Two candidates had stood out during the interviews so making the final decision was proving tricky. Interview performance and assessment results were discussed by the Senior Management team and Collingwood at length during the meeting before a final decision and offer was made.
