Our client is a Chinese based manufacturer of Children's healthy eating and novelty confectionery. Established for over 50 years, the company sells globally through a portfolio of distribution partners.

Objective
The company recruited a French Sales Manager two years previously to sell direct to the French grocery multiples and wholesale channel but results were poor. The CEO therefore decided to recruit a higher calibre General Sales Manager with a proven track record selling children's confectionery to the target customers.Collingwood Headhunted directly into all French based Confectionery manufacturers.
 
Method
A very sensitive assignment, due to the small world the client operated in, Collingwood Headhunted directly into all French based Confectionery manufacturers. Selected candidates were assessed via face to face competency based interviews and Behaviour Profiling.
 
Result
A high quality candidate shortlist was presented and a successful appointment was made.
