Our client is a £1 million UK subsidiary of a £20 million well established European manufacturer of Cardiac Monitoring Systems.

Objective
A new role for a Business Development Manager was created to launch a new product into the UK market.

Method
Candidates had to have extensive Business Development experience of high value, Cardiac Monitoring Systems into Coronary Care Units within the NHS. As there are less than 10 relevant companies in the UK to approach, our consultant backed up headhunting and competency base interviews with behavioural profiling.

Result
A candidate shortlist of 3 was delivered. This was the proverbial "needle in a haystack" assignment.
