Our client is a privately owned Business Transfer Agency, specialising in the Pharmaceutical and Dentistry sector of business transfer with over 100 years of history and expertise. Their plan was to expand in to the Care Homes sector of the market.
A new role was created for a Business Transfer Agent with Care Home sector knowledge to drive growth from scratch for this new venture.
Method
With only a handful of competitors in the Care Homes Sector, our consultants used headhunting to identify and attract candidates with Business Transfer experience in this industry.Selected candidates were assessed via competency based interviews and Behaviour Profiling.
Result
A shortlist of 4 candidates was delivered and a successful appointment made within agreed time-scales.
