R&D Director, Non Food Consumer Products
A well established UK manufacturer of branded automotive consumer products, our client was acquired by a $24 billion US Corporation who wanted to recruit world class individuals into their team.
Product Development in respect of innovation had been minimal for many years and so a role was created for an R&D Director to lead the way.
Objective
The Managing Director decided he wanted well educated candidates with a proven record of innovation from a Blue-Chip non-food consumer product manufacturer.
Method
Collingwood directly Headhunted this role by targeting relevant Blue-Chip companies who had an R&D team in the UK.
Result
We presented a very strong candidate shortlist of 4 from renowned FMCG manufacturers and the role was successfully filled.
