A privately owned business, our client is a leading UK fashion and homeware retailer with over 200 stores nationwide. The client is a well known retailer in the UK who has seen significant growth in recent years. 

Objective
The client has rebranded and has gone through significant cultural changes in order to meet their planned growth strategy. As a result they were looking to recruit high calibre individuals from other leading UK fashion retailers to help achieve their targets. With some success from internal advertising and contingency external recruitment the client was looking for new ways to attract candidates. Collingwood assisted the client through executive search to attract such candidates. 

Method
Collingwood directly headhunted candidates by targeting competitor and associated businesses for senior head office positions across the buying and merchandising department.  

Result
A Buying Controller was recruited as a succession plan for the Buying Director, Homeware.
