Our client is one of the UK's most experienced providers of comprehensive high tech and specialist homecare. Due to the retirement of the post holder, the company were looking to find a suitable replacement. They had been searching for the right candidate with no success so engaged Collingwood due to our previous success with the Operations Manager's role.
Objective
The role needed an experienced Nurse with a proven track record of managing and leading a nursing team in the home healthcare sector. Equally as important was the ability to achieve sales targets within a commercial environment whilst maintaining the highest of nursing standards.
Method

Result
Collingwood face to face interviewed and assessed 6 candidates before presenting a fully qualified shortlist of 3 from which a successful appointment was made.
