Our client is a global giant in the world of casinos and gaming. Operating in the UK under a variety of well known brands, they are at the forefront of bringing an enhanced gaming experience to the consumer.

Objective
As part of the business strategy to enhance the consumers gaming experience at their casino sites, our client designed and introduced a Loyalty Marketing scheme that would integrate the entire estate. The scheme used cutting edge technology that would capture data, segment customers and offer rewards of various values.

Our brief was to source a high calibre Marketing Manger with solid experience of Loyalty schemes and their design and implementation.  
 
Method
Collingwood researched relevant industries and companies where this talent would exist and made confidential headhunt, approaches to a number of high calibre individuals that met all of the clients required criteria.

Result
After interviewing, testing and behavioural profiling, Collingwood presented a qualified shortlist of three candidates to our client, with one being successfully recruited.
