Marketing Manager, MDI Technology
The Pharmaceutical Division of a ¬multi-million German Global Corporation, our client had a long history of leading its sector with complex Meter Dose Inhaler components. End customers included the likes of GSK and Sanofi Aventis. As part of the companys growth plans they created a new role for their first ever Marketing Manager.
Objective
Whilst the company had a strong foothold in its Global market, its success had been created through a pure sales strategy and without any market analysis or growth of its brand. The role of Marketing Manager was created to develop strategies in PR, Exhibition Management, Customer Demand tracking and Product Development. Candidates needed to have a solid track record of Marketing Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry and ideally with another component / equipment manufacturer.
Method
Collingwood directly Headhunted this role by targeting relevant UK based companies. All candidates were face to face competency interviewed.
Result
We presented a very strong candidate shortlist of 3 from which a candidate was recruited who matched the brief exactly.
