A £1.1 billion global corporation, our client is a market leading manufacturer of cabling and connectivity products for the telecommunications, data-communications and CATV industries.
Objective
The company required a Plant Manager for one of its speciality cable manufacturing units.
Method
Our consultant ran an Advertising Led Selection campaign to source candidates for this role. Selected candidates were asses via competency based interviews.
Result
A shortlist of 4 was presented; 2 candidates had a final interview. The client found it difficult to choose between the two, but one was appointed.
