A £15 million turnover division of a £1.2 billion turnover group, our client is a market leader and specialises in cold roll formed steel products. They are primarily involved in the production of ancillary items mainly for industrial buildings.
Objective
The division had been without an Operations Manager for some time so it was crucial to find a new person to start as soon as possible. The company particularly wanted the candidates to have a lean manufacturing background.
Method
Our consultant sourced candidates from the industry via a mix of Advertising Led Selection and headhunting. All selected underwent a thorough competency based interview.
Result
A high calibre shortlist was presented and interviewed by the client within of 4 weeks of undertaking the assignment; 2 were final interviewed and 1 successful candidate selected for the role.
