Part of a £1 billion+ group, our client is a leading multi-utility service provider, partnering such utility companies as United Utilities and Central Networks.
Objective
Employing 2000+ the company recognised the importance of developing the skills of its people and wanted to expand its team of HR and Training experts.
Method
Our consultant ran an Advertising Led Selection campaign to source candidates with the right experience and background for this role. Selected candidates were asses via competency based interviews.
Result
A shortlist of 4 candidates was delivered to our client resulting in a successful appointment.
