Our client is a rapidly growing Swiss Pharmaceutical manufacturer with facilities located worldwide. Implementing a very aggressive growth plan the company were investing heavily in a number of their manufacturing sites including the UK.
 
This investment created 100+ new roles one of which was a Senior Capital Projects Manager to deliver the site's capital investment plans.
 
Objective
The brief was to recruit an individual with a proven track record of delivering capital investment plans with another leading Pharmaceutical manufacturer. In addition they had to be well educated and capable of significant culture change and implementing world class project management systems.
 
Method
