Business Partner
Part of a well established privately owned group, our client is a rapidly growing £9 million company that designs and manufactures a range of premium bar and refrigeration solutions for hotels, restaurants, football stadia etc. Its growth has been fuelled by an investment in its sales, marketing and engineering teams, which has both raised the company's profile and positioned it in new and exciting markets.

Objective
The company was re-locating to a newly refurbished site in North Wales, and had created a number of new Senior Design Engineer roles.

Method
By investing time with the regional managers to understand their specific business objectives and behavioural traits required for the roles, our consultants used wide ranging, cost effective national advertising combined with headhunting into competitor businesses to generate candidate response. They then conducted competency based interviews and undertook behavioural profiling of candidates.

Result
After 12 months of searching via other recruitment methods, our client appointed a new recruit within 2 months of Collingwood taking on the project.
