The £60 million subsidiary of a £1.2 billion UK plc, our client had won a number of prestigious international contracts to design and manufacture hydraulic equipment for military and civilian aircraft.

Objective
In order to deliver these high value projects the company needed to expand its engineering resource with the appointment of two senior conceptual design engineers. The company's lean re-sourcing policy meant that Design Engineers were responsible for delivering projects from the tender process through to full manufacture within a multi-disciplined team.

Method
