Our client is a key service provider to the national Construction and Building sectors. They are a forum of business critical information and publications with an outstanding reputation amongst industry professionals. Objective
Due to the approaching retirement of the current individual, our client needed to recruit a highly credible Finance Director to join the organisation at Board level. Their criteria extended beyond the traditional as they also need to bring someone in who could lead, manage and motivate one of their sites as well as undertaking the Company Secretary duties.
Method
Collingwood provided its Headhunting expertise and industry networking to indentify high calibre individuals who had the required mix of experience and the behavioural profile to successfully integrate into the clients business.
Result
Collingwood presented a strong shortlist of four candidates, three of whom were taken to final stage and one subsequently appointed in the role.
