Business Partner
One of the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and Certification Company, employing more than 70,000 people. Due to a recent retirement of one individual and a promotion of a key member of the team, the company was looking to add an experienced Auditor to the team. The company had been looking for over 9 months and had engaged a number of recruiters without making an appointment.

Objective
The role needed someone with the correct industry qualification, an in-depth knowledge of the medical device industry and products and a proven track record of third party auditing.

Method
This was a very tricky and testing brief as only a handful of candidates would have the right skills and experience. Collingwood provided its Headhunting expertise to identify candidates.

Result
Collingwood face to face interviewed 4 candidates before presenting a full qualified shortlist of 2 candidates from which a successful appointment was made. All of this was completed within 5 weeks.
