Senior Procurement Managers - Rail Infrastructure
The client owns and operates Britain's rail infrastructure. They run, maintain and develop Britain's tracks, signalling system, rail bridges, tunnels, level crossings, viaducts and 18 key stations.
Objective
This was a multiple role assignment and part of the on-going investment in the nation-wide network. Our brief was to source a number of qualified individuals in a variety of locations to manage the purchasing spend, teams, process and development of their operating unit as part of the overall development of the rail infrastructure.
Method
Alongside traditional search and head-hunting methods, we also managed a large scale trade media advertising campaign.
Result
We successfully recruited a number of key posts, including some in the more remote areas of the country, where high calibre candidate are in short supply
