Our client is a rapidly growing global manufacturer of Generic Pharmaceuticals. Implementing a very aggressive growth plan the company were investing heavily in a number of their manufacturing sites including the UK.
 
A 30 year old site, the team was very well established and the Site Director created a number of new roles to attract fresh blood, fresh thinking and world class philosophies to enable the growth plans to be achieved.
 
Objective
The brief was to recruit a Head of Engineering with a proven track record of implementing and operating World Class Engineering in either Pharmaceuticals or Food Manufacturing. Candidates had to be well educated and capable of significant culture change.
