Business Partner:
Our client is a global market leader in the manufacturing, distribution and supply of specialist medical device products. Their products are renowned for excellence, affording the world population a greater quality of life.

Objective:
We partnered this organisation in their search for a Global QA Manager, to be based at their site in the North of England. The previous incumbent had been promoted within the business, so the search brief was to find an individual of exceptional calibre from a major blue-chip with experience of Medical Devices / Consumer Medical Products to replace her.

Method:
We identified a target list of organisations within a certain geographical area that matched the clients' search criteria in terms of size, product sector and reputation. We then researched the organisations and identified the individual within each business that had the experience, technical capability and gravitas that our client required and then made a formal "headhunt" approach.

Result:
Given the restrictions that were in place in terms of  the number organisations in the area that matched the requirements the client recruited a candidate who matched our brief exactly inside 3 weeks.
