Operations Manager, Nursing - Operations
Our client is one of the UK's most experienced providers of comprehensive high tech and specialist homecare. Having recently acquired another business and implementing a new rostering system the client needed a Senior Operations Manager to lead the scheduling team.
Objective
To set up and manage a scheduling team to help support the nursing operational teams by ensuring all administrative and transactional processes were efficient and appropriate. This would include Nurse Rostering, Time sheet management, regulatory administration and training co-ordination.
Method
Collingwood provided its Headhunting expertise to identify candidates.
Result
Collingwood face to face interviewed 9 long listed candidates before presenting a fully qualified shortlist of 4 candidates from which a successful appointment was made.
