Objective
The Director of Quality approached us to find 3 key positions for a newly created quality function. Therefore we were given 3 separate briefs to find candidates with critical CQC policy knowledge, clinical governance, risk management and patient safety experience.
Method
Due to our previous experience of recruiting candidates within quality and clinical governance, we were able to network with experts in the area and identify a target list of candidates within a certain geographical area that matched the clients criteria. We were then able to make a formal headhunt approach.
Result
All 3 roles successfully placed.
