Our client is a leading healthcare provider organisation delivering high quality patient care in the community.

Objective

A new role for a Business director was created to deliver a successful and profitable business and mobilise a new community based clinical service.
Candidates had to have extensive business management experience in a healthcare environment. They needed proven organisational management skills and the ability to manage a complex mix of internal/external stakeholders including GPs. Finally candidates would need to be innovative and entrepreneurial whilst also driving the standard of patient safety forwards.

Method
Due to the very specific requirements of the role Collingwood backed up headhunting and a Recruitment Advertising Campaign with behavioural profiling.

Result

A candidate shortlist of 3 was delivered and a successful placement was made.
