Technical – Food Manufacturing
Our client was a major food manufacturer with a skilled workforce of over 10,000 people. They supply retail customers and consumers with exciting own label and branded food across the frozen, chilled and bakery categories.
Objective
In response to consumer demands for a more innovative and diverse product range, our client recognised the need to recruit high calibre technical / NPD personnel to develop new and exciting products. Candidates had to be high calibre, willing to relocate and have extensive experience within the frozen category.
Method
As the roles has been placed with PSL agencies with no success, the Consultant started by fully analysing the market in the UK, Ireland & Europe and assessing what was achievable. A target list was created and signed off by the client which was followed by confidential approaches being made.
Result
We presented a strong candidate shortlist of 4 from renowned FMCG manufacturers and 2 roles were successfully filled.
