Following the acquisition of a UK competitor, our client, a $100 million US CATV Component Manufacturer decided to re-structure the European management team.
 
Objective
A role was created for a Sales Director, Europe to develop a relevant strategy and commercial team to deliver the owner's very ambitious growth plans. Candidates had to have Sales Director experience in the CATV Industry, experience of delivering significant turnover and profitable growth in previous roles and could be located anywhere in Europe. It was essential for them to be fluent in a number of European languages. Candidates also had to be strong, people focused man-managers capable of inspiring their team.
