Territory Manager, Benelux
Our client is a leading US manufacturer of cabling products and systems used in Cable Television networks worldwide.
Due to successful growth the company created a number of Territory Manager / Business Development Manager roles in Europe.
Objective
The brief was to recruit a proven Sales professional from one of our client's competitors. It was essential that candidates had several years experience selling technical products to CATV operators in Benelux and spoke English fluently. This particular role was based from home in either Belgium or the Netherlands.
Method
Collingwood directly Headhunted this role by targeting competitor businesses and their sales teams based in the Benelux. We flew out to Brussels to interview long listed candidates face to face before presenting a shortlist of 3 candidates for our client to meet.
Result
A candidate was recruited who exactly matched the specified brief.
