Collingwood adds headhunting expertise to its Healthcare team
Collingwood Search has been providing Headhunting Services and Solutions to manufacturers of Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals for over 13 years. To build upon this expertise and diversify into other areas of the Healthcare Sector, Dave Wilson has been appointed Business Unit Manager - Healthcare. A Graduate in Health and Physical Recreation, Dave has 8 years' experience in recruitment, the last 3 of which have been specialising in Senior Level appointments for the NHS and Private Healthcare Service providers.
Previously Dave has worked with acute, mental health & community providers, private health providers, commissioning groups and Foundation trusts. Now with Collingwood, Dave will be looking to partner similar organisations focussing on Chair, Chief Executive and Director level appointments. He will also be looking to use his healthcare headhunting experience to help find and recruit talented senior professionals in the areas of operations, nursing and quality, commissioning, business development and service mobilisation.
